These rentals are obtained through rental companies , on-site condominium rental offices, or private owners.

I personally search a variety of rental agencies throughout the islands, tailoring each and every search to the client's personal needs. I will provide you with the finest and largest choices of selections available.

Please note that each reservation made will comply with the terms and conditions designated by the rental company or owners indicated by A Sanibel - Captiva Vacation Connection.

Reservations are generally subject to the following conditions:

1. Deposit - A Damage/telephone deposit is required to guarantee each reservation. The deposit will be $200 or 10% of the rental. If using a check for your deposit it must be received by A Sanibel - Captiva Vacation Connection within 7 business days of booking. If not received within this time, an automatic cancellation applies.
2. Cancellation- Depending upon length of booking, the deposit will be refunded in the event of a cancellation, if notice is received outside of 60 days prior to the arrival date or if the property is re-rented for the full term of the original reservation. If your stay is 3 weeks or longer, the cancellation policy differs. Please see your confirmation for further details. All cancellations require a written notice.
3. Cancellation Fee- A fee varying from $20-$50 will apply to each reservation cancellation, depending on the rental company.
4. Administrative or Booking Fee- Most rental companies require these fees. These fees are always non refundable.
5. Forms of Payment- Mastercard, Visa or American Express are the preferred form of payment for deposit and reservations. Checks may also be accepted for the deposit or final payment. Please note that there are some companies or private owners that only accept a check for the deposit and final payment.
6. Tax- All rentals are subject to state and local sales tax.
7. Arrival and Check out times - Check in is at 3PM. Check out is at 10AM. Earlier or later times are generally not permitted. Take this into consideration when making airline reservations.
8. Season - Winter Season December 15th- May 1st, Summer Season May 1st - December 15th. In the winter season rentals are generally reserved from Saturday to Saturday only. Summer season may be more flexible.
9. For your best selection, make your reservations early.
10. Minimum Stay- 7 nights is the standard requirement. Some exceptions may apply.
11. Terms and Conditions will vary depending on the rental company or private owners instructions.
12. Pets are not allowed
13. Parking Areas- located on condominium property are designated for automobiles only. Travel trailers, RVs, and boats trailers are not permitted.
14. Beach chairs, beach towels, and bikes are not included with the rental. They may be rented from various companies on both islands.
15. Rates and Availability- when quoted are subject to change without notice.
16. Rates given for a 1 month stay are based on 28 days only.
17. A Sanibel - Captiva Vacation Connection is performing business as a vacation rental agent and will be paid for it's services through the rental companies, or private owners of the rental units.
18. Final Payment is due 21 days - 60 days before arrival date, depending on the rental company.
19. Accommodation Substitutions- May occur when confirmed accommodations are unavailable. The rental company reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations. The rate adjustment and new accommodations will be subject to the client's approval.
20. All homes and condominiums are completely furnished, including housewares and linens. They are privately owned and interior decor will vary according to each owner's individual taste.
